During the replacement process customers will only receiveNew Certified Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) Devices or Class A RemanufacturedDevices which have gone through vigorous quality assurance procedures. 97% of all replacement units are shipped within 1 business day utilizing UPS overnight shipment services.

Global Warranty Group has developed its own state-of-the-art proprietary software known as STARS™ – Specialized Tracking and Administration Reporting System. Integration with our highly advanced web-enabled system streamlines and automates the entire process including activation, administration, claims adjudication, reporting and both forward and reverse logistics. This translates into real-time data, which ensures timely, prompt and professional handling of your customers’ claims. Our STARS™ system is accessible through our web portal and is presently integrated with all of the top wireless Point-of-Sale (POS) system companies in North America, creating a seamless sales process for all of our clients.
